AMSOIL Dealer Training Series

AMSOIL is proud to introduce our new Dealer Training Series program. This is designed as a home study program that covers the basic technical information in the general areas of lubrication, filtration and other aspects of the AMSOIL product line. It serves as one of the quickest methods for new Dealers to obtain fundamental technical information critical to building their business. Existing Dealers will also find it an excellent platform from which they may base or compliment their own training programs.

Key Benefits:

Low cost - will appeal to a wider segment of Dealers who may otherwise not seek out this type of in-depth information.

Convenience - Dealers may work on this program at their own pace. As an AMSOIL Dealer, you may start and complete this program when your schedule permits.

Quick knowledge - this is the quickest way any new Dealer can gather the valuable information required to be successful. And for the existing Dealer, each of these topics will prove an invaluable sales tool and training aid that is already put together and ready to promote success.

Course Contents:
The Dealer Training Series will initially consist of seven basic topics, each having their own, full-color printed workbook. In addition, each topic will also include a companion CD-ROM disc containing the same information as found in the workbook, but in an electronic Microsoft PowerPoint format. For users who do not currently have the necessary computer software to view the CD's contents, a free Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer is included, which will allow a user to review and print the contained material. Upon completion of each segment, a Dealer may review their knowledge by taking a brief test contained within the workbook. From there, a more in-depth exam will be available via the AMSOIL website. Upon successful completion of all seven topics, the Dealer will receive "T" points that will allow participation in several AMSOIL co-op programs.

Amsoil offers dealer training at the corporate headquarters in Superior WI

The Core Technology Program is directed toward the new AMSOIL Dealer interested in getting a jump-start on his (her) business. Contains the core material that will be needed to function successfully as an AMSOIL Dealer. No prerequisites to attend this program.

The Business Development Program is directed toward the growing AMSOIL Dealer interested in pursuing new markets and or expanding others. Prerequisites, must have previously attended other AMSOIL training such as AMSOIL U Core Technology Program, a C&F or CAT school or have sufficient field experience and an understanding of the basics of lubrication and general AMSOIL product knowledge.

The Advanced Development Program is directed specifically toward the well-established Dealer that is well versed in the fundamentals of lubrication, administration and sales techniques. Attendees must have achieved the level of Direct Jobber and have completed previous training such as the AMSOIL U, C&F, CAT, or CTP school. Enrollment for this track is limited.

Another aspect of the business is that it can become a national business! By setting up additional independent dealers, such as you and I, these people can expand into other areas. As an AMSOIL Dealer, you can purchase the G-100 Retail Catalogs, stamp them with your catalog stamp and distribute them by mail or by hand to retail customers. Or as an AMSOIL Website owner you'll have a link to the AMSOIL website, there the customer can request a Free Product Catalog at no cost to you! Their Catalog is sent to them by AMSOIL and your name and Dealer Number is stamped on it. Retail customers then call the toll-free catalog order line, 1-800-956-5695, to place their orders which are credited to your account. You can also purchase a version on floppy disk for distribution over the Internet or on disk


You can also open up COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS for yourself and these accounts can purchase large amounts of AMSOIL. You receive a direct 10% commission as well as other commissions on these accounts. Commercial accounts are Trucking Companies, Taxi Fleets, Golf Courses, Farms, Construction Companies, Municipalities, etc.


You can set up RETAIL ACCOUNTS of which you receive a 20% direct commission as well as other commissions on these accounts. A retail account can be Auto Stores, Repair Shops, Quick Lubes, Hardware Stores, etc. Anywhere automotive products are sold.
